Beginning simple and building slowly.You’ve already done the challenging part: spending to operating out. Stable but very slowly, as they say. The greatest error individuals make in beginning, or coming back to operating out, is to do too much or operating out too hard.

Think about this: when you are doing 12 repeating of a bodyweight, you have to use a bodyweight that seems way too light for the first few associates. By the end of your third set of 12, you won’t believe how heavy it will become. You’ve got to apply that same thinking to the exercise itself
