When we talk about our hypnosis, we have to work with your subconscious mind, which is usually located on the right side of your brain. While the conscious mind is on the left. If you plan to go through self-hypnosis, it is important that you know it.

If we take your conscious mind, that part that is used during the day to wake up function very critical and logical as well. Since part of the brain does not actually get information to first decide whether the information received by it logical or not. But then the subconscious function, which is a kind of vice versa. This part of the brain actually receives every bit of information you have provided it without question.
